We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist in Wheaton, IL to join our partner company. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to patients and promoting oral health education. In this position you will be going to local schools or working on our mobile dental Smile Squad as needed. We are seeking a motivated individual to work in a supportive environment alongside experienced professionals who are committed to excellence.
We are seeking to fill multiple roles that range from Part Time, On-call, and Full Time Dental Hygienists.
Bonuses: $250.00 sign-on bonus, $250.00 after six months, and another $250.00 after one year
Pay: $30/hr.
Responsibilities:

• Provides preventive procedures such as dental prophylaxis, dental sealants, fabricating mouth guards, fluoride treatments, dental screenings, radiographs, and nutritional counseling.
• Conducts dental health educational programs for professional groups, schools, other health care providers, and community groups; refers clients as necessary for further dental treatment.
• Collaborates with other service providers to ensure that necessary treatment is received; plans and implements fluoride mouth rinse programs for school children, periodically visits schools to monitor fluoride mouth rinsing activities.

Requirements:

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene and one year of experience as a Dental Hygienist; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Current Illinois Dental Hygiene license.
• New hires are required to attend paid onsite HR new hire orientation.
